Still dirty...
Came to the movies already paid over $32.00 for tickets and bought popcorn and two drinks another $23.00 tried to get a refill on popcorn and I was told no refill. I might as well brought my own for this price. NOT COMING BACK!!!!????????

Movie was fine, my biggest complaint is the food options (or lack thereof). I was looking to get a meal, but as a vegetarian, there were NO OPTIONS AVAILABLE. Sure, I could get the meat removed, but when I asked for a caesar salad without chicken they still charged me the insane $14 price. I literally could make a caesar salad by going outside and gathering leaves, so there is no reason they need to charge this much money. So yeah.
I am the administrator of a group called SENIOR RASCALS. We want ti support our local theater but find the movies are mostly kid cartoons, , blood & guts and horror.
Yesterday, I decided to try it out by going to a TRY STORY and FAMILY movie. It was a Very positive experience. Very few people there, distancing in place and and a GREAT FAMILY MOVIE!
My feelings are - if there were more FAMILY MOVIES, positive, humor and feel good movies — SENIORS would go every week - then head for McKennas to eat & drink.
Fewer war stories, SYFY, crime, kids cartoons. Lets lift spirits now days with movies that MAKE US HAPPY AGAIN.
Go to another chain or local theater and not these a**holes that won't play universal movies.
Very clean place in Little Rock, AR. Glad to feel some sort of normalcy. Go to AMC and grab some popcorn and a coke and enjoy yourself!
Kinda upset about the $5.95 "convenience fee". Why should I have to pay 6 dollars more than my tickets are worth simply because buying tickets online is convenient for me?
You are mandating something that is out of your jurisdiction as a business. I will never return to an AMC theater. You are not responsible for my health. I am. Are you mandating that all smokers to not smoke any where on your property? You serve products that create obesity. Will you start offering healthy food? This is not your place especially with so many vaccinated and 100,000s already with antibodies from having COVID.
This was my second time here. I was really excited about getting some goodies. The thing that upset me was I ordered a $21 jumbo pretzel because I love the cheese dip. I got my order and asked for some dip he said we are out. The cashier should have told use they were out other wise I would have NOT wasted my money on a blah pretzel. Then we get to our seats and the seats next to use were dirty. Was not satisfied.
I have been going to this theaters for many years now. Due to COVID and my age, I wear a mask and neck gaiter for the double protection for being around people. When I got out of the bathroom after getting there, one of their personnel, possible their manager, told me that my double coverage is not good enough for them. I had to take off my protection and use their N-95 mask. I asked the guy if I can double up on mask and said I could wear my mask over that one and he said yes.
If that wasn't bad enough, I thought they spaced out people in the theaters. Then why was someone sitting directly behind me? Do I feel safe without my extra layer of protection? Hell no! I put on my neck gaiter since this guy behind me sounded like he was eating, thus no mask.
When I got out of the theater, I wanted to tell the manager about the seating arrangement. He wasn't there so I rather warn all you people of what to expect when you go here; possible COVID infection because I can't wear my extra layer of protection and they can't enforce the spacing in their theaters.
I rented a movie Theater as a fundraiser for MS walk. I have friends and Family with MS. THE MOVIE WAS GREAT. I was promised a host and concessions. Concessions were not even open and no host. Trying to enjoy a movie with no snacks.it is dissapointing I tried contacting AMC. Due to covid no one will respond phone email. Social media sites. A fundraiser which should habe raised over $1000 dollars. Turned out not to even pay for the rental I lost money. I don't like writing reviews like this. Just dissapointed
